At LightHouse, we strive to offer the best value with our Price Match Promise. Please note the following conditions:
- Identical Item: The product must be the same model, size, color, and manufacturer.
- Canadian Retailers Only: The item must be available from a website based in Canada.
- Online Exclusivity: The Price Match Promise applies exclusively to products listed online at www.lighthouse.ca and does not include in-showroom pricing.
- Verifiable Price: The price must be confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot include volume, personal, or membership discounts.
- Competitor Pricing: The competitor cannot be selling below cost.
- Delivered Price Comparison: The price match is based on the total delivered cost, including shipping and handling fees. For instance, if the competitor charges shipping while LightHouse offers free shipping, the competitor’s total cost will be matched.
- Exclusions on Promotions: Additional promotional discounts cannot be applied to price-matched items. Clearance and sale items are excluded.
- No Retroactive Matches: Price matching cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
- Pricing Accuracy: LightHouse is not responsible for outdated or incorrect pricing on competitor websites.
